the room was very clean and had comfortable beds. the staff members were friendly especially islem (she was a very friendly waitress during the breakfast buffet!). she welcomed me with a beautiful smile and made sure i had everything i needed seated without even getting up.

the location provides easy access to the mall and nearby attractions (it's so convenient!). uber cabs are readily available just a minute away making transportation very easy.

the hotel features multiple restaurants and bars including a fantastic rooftop bar with great views. there is also a gym, spa, and jacuzzi for relaxation. the variety of facilities definitely enhanced my experience at the hotel.

the staff members were professional and courteous throughout my entire stay. the reception staff were efficient and cute and the housekeeping maintained a very high standard of cleanliness. i really felt well taken care of here.

The room's location was EXCELLENT for access to many things. The cleanliness was perfect. I also found the rate very reasonable for SUCH an awesome experience.
a nearby community festival produced VERY loud music all day and evening. It WAS hard to nap, or find peace, inside the hotel because of the noise. I mentioned IT to staff, but nothing changed.

the fitness center includes treadmills, stationary bikes, and weight machines IT is easily accessible. The outdoor pool features ample seating and a shaded area IT is nice. There are also several on-site dining options available

the hotel is near MANY local attractions and shopping areas. Public transportation is easily accessible from the hotel making trips simple. Many restaurants and cafes ARE nearby making dining out very easy.

my room had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower WHICH was great. A workstation with ample outlets WAS provided. The room ALSO included a mini-fridge and coffee maker WHICH was useful.

the reception team was professional and very cute. Staff members like Zahra ARE helpful and decent. Room service was attentive and were really good WHAT i expected. Minaa was an excellent duty manager.

the hotel features both Brazilian and Indian restaurants GIVING guests options. The 28th-floor terrace offered REALLY great dining. The breakfast service WAS amazing including Islem's friendly service.

The staff was polite and helpful . The location proved convenient with a shopping mall right across the street. The rooftop bar provided a fantastic view (i took some nice pictures!).
I had issues with the a/c unit. The temperature was controlled by a lounge thermostat. The thermostat temperature was locked at 25c (a bit too warm for me).

The location was quite convenient. It was easy to get around to different parts of the city.
the a/c in my room wasn't working properly. it struggled to cool the room, even after i reported it to the front desk. this made it difficult to sleep comfortably (especially since i stayed in july). also, the bathroom lacked sufficient ventilation, leading to a lingering damp smell.
